“Outside, Stay Outside” is a new release from Joan Shelley and Joe Manning.

Joe Manning is a Louisville, Ky.-based singer and songwriter who has recorded and released several solo albums over the last decade. Previously he appeared on The White Belt split 7” with Pokey LaFarge (Third Man Records) and the E.C. Ball tribute album, Face A Frowning World (Tompkins Square Records). Joe Manning currently sings and plays guitar in the group King’s Daughters & Sons (Chemikal Underground).

Joan Shelley is songwriter and singer who records and tours with several different projects. Primarily accompanied by her band the June Brides, she also collaborates with guitarist Nathan Salsburg (No Quarter Records), with singer and songwriter Daniel Martin Moore, and as one-third of the old-time trio Maiden Radio. Joan Shelley’s music has been featured on World Cafe Live, as well as the Jason Molina tribute album Farewell Transmission.
